We are very pleased with the quality of the work and expeditious manner in which the job was performed. As you know, Village Square III has been very attentive as to detail for the work performed and we found Arthur, Wesley, Peter as well as the other workers to be very accommodating to our requests.

We also felt that the attention gave to detail was also helpful in allowing us to make good decisions on how much insulation to provide, how to handle the window framing, wrapping 1″ x 2″ corners on the ends of the building for a more finished look, utilizing the 4″ corner posts, and on various other issues as well. Also, the job site has been maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.

We are very pleased with the outcome of this project and I would be happy to talk with anyone who would like to take a look at the work performed in our complex.

Your company just finished the siding on my new home just north of St. Charles, it is a relatively large home and the outside is cedar with aluminum soffit, fascia, and gutters.

My first contact with your firm was with a man who made a cold call to the site and told me about your company and of the quality work they performed, he apparently did a good job because I did call and ask for an estimate on the work. You and I met on several occasions to insure that the bid included exactly what I needed and desired.

I have to admit that I was not ready for what happened after we agreed on a price which was very competitive. You said your personnel would be at my home two weeks later when the stained wood was delivered. The wood was delivered, and your people were there. Amazing enough to find someone who apparently met their end of the bargain. This was only the beginning. The team of three men amazed us endlessly, bringing old world craftsmanship into the 90’s. These gentlemen were polite, excellent craftsmen, worked with us on details to insure that we would be happy with the finished product, kept a clean work site, and finished early.

We cannot say enough about these men and their performance, and could not recommend them more highly. My wife and I feel that our home stands as a landmark to your excellent work and invite you to send potential clients past our home. I also offer to speak with any potential clients as to your performance on our project.

We thank you for exceeding our expectations and making our new home look as good as it does, it has been a rewarding experience.

Sunset Siding did a terrific job on taking off our old siding and portico and installing new!

We were very satisfied with the work and working with Bill (the owner) was terrific. We plan on using them for future projects.

Bill and the Sunset Team Did a Great Job!

Bill and the Sunset team did a great job replacing 13 Pella windows on my first floor in Geneva. The windows on my first floor were finished in a few days, and the precision fit and flashing of the windows surround is excellent. Note difference in pictures of floor 1 (replaced) and floor 2 (original install by builder).

The crew was on time, worked tirelessly, and is highly skilled. We have been in house 20 years, and have decided to stay the next 10, so we decided to invest in the window project as 5 of the downstairs windows were actually rotting and unusable.

We intend to use them next year to come back for the 2nd floor windows.
